Not overripe nor underripe but beautifully expressed, there is a compelling purity of fruit in the red wines. In the best cases, the softer acidity lends a harmonious sense of seamlessness to the wines. The tannins are ripe, soft, and approachable in youth. Therefore, the structures of the 2019s seem to accentuate the fruit, pushing it forward instead of locking it away…
